The Butte Chapter of the Grizzly Scholarship Association (GSA) and Montana Tech Athletic Department will host the 2010 Diggers and Griz football scrimmages on Saturday, April 17. Montana Tech’s scrimmage begins at noon, followed by the Griz scrimmage at 1:30 p.m. Both will be played at Alumni Coliseum on the campus of Montana Tech.

The weekend events kick off with a spring game social on Friday, April 16 at 6 p.m. at the HPER Complex at Montana Tech. Light appetizers and drinks will be available and Griz and Digger coaches and staff will be in attendance.

There will be an auction at Friday night's social with the following items:

• Commemorative Digger/Griz Poster – Silent
• Carroll Weekend Nov. 6th 4 skybox dinner @ metals and 4 sideline passes - Silent

• Griz Signed Football - Silent

Saturday events begin at 11 a.m. with a tailgate party on the north side of the field at the gazebo. A post-scrimmage barbeque with Griz and Digger players and coaches will be held immediately after the Griz scrimmage, again at the gazebo on the north side of the field.

Scrimmage tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under. Tickets are valid for both scrimmages and can be purchased at:
