Softball Pitching Technique: Low Rise Ball
This drill helps softball pitchers pitch more accurately. This drill helps the pitcher keep the ball from rising to much when they pitch. Sometimes a pitcher releases a ball to late, thus resulting in a wild pitch. This drill, if done accordingly, will help prevent rising pitches from occurring.
