Universal Athletic is sponsoring the 2009 Bozeman Baseball Expo to be held at the Ridge Athletic Club. The sign-ups will be held on Saturday, February 28, from 10am-2pm. Registration is available for Bozeman Baseball, Bozeman City Rec T-ball, Bozeman Girls’ Fastpitch and Bozeman Stealers Softball. There will be a factory rep from Evo Shield there and the Bozeman Bucks players will be there selling season tickets and dinner auction tickets. Come sign up and register to win a Nintendo Wii.

The Universal Athletic Bat Demo Day was full of pitched balls and swinging bats. There were coaches clinics and players trying out top of the line equipment. About 600 people showed up, including coaches and athletes. Universal Athletic employees were there to give away swag like lanyards, water, etc. and get athlete information for the launch of the new website! It was lots of fun! A Wii console and sports game was being raffled off.

Rawlings Sporting Goods rep Scott Lively said of the event-
I have been to a lot of coaches clinics as a Rawlings Rep, and I'm often disappointed. Putting the bat demo day with the coaches clinic made this a successful event for me and many of the reps. Many reps are cutting out coaches clinics, but were impressed with the bat demo day.
