Solo Armbar Drill
This drill is great for doing at home on your own. Start this drill slowly in order to perform correctly and safely. Stretching is of course important to do before hand. Practice this drill daily to build strength and agility. Can be done safely without a training partner, but is recommended to use one for the first couple times.
Barry Davis Wrestling Sprawl Drill. This drill works cardiovascular and agility areas. The video is helpful in showing the viewer how the drill is done correctly. As you can see from the trainer, it is very intense and requires major stretching before hand. Do this drill daily in preparing your body for wrestling matches.
