Ryan Hutchison, former Gillette Roughrider, helped his team at Iowa Western Community College win the National Championship this year. Hutchison will play at Western Kentucky University this year.

Another Wyoming native Brandon Nimmo(Cheyenne, WY) played in the Under Armour All-American Game on Saturday, August 14. The game featured some of the best high school talent available. Nimmo received one of the Silver Spikes MVP awards with two hits -- one a triple -- two RBIs and two runs scored.
